Refund and Returns Policy

Free returns

You have 30 days to return a product from the date you received it.
WOIOS will NOT charge you a shipping fee, a restocking fee or any other hidden fee.
You must ensure that the product you are returning is re-packaged in the original packaging (together with all the accessories and documentation included when you received it).

How do I send the product back?

You will receive a prepaid shipping label to ensure the product is shipped back to us quickly and correctly. You only have to attach the return label to the package and then book a DHL pickup (you can do it online or over the phone).
Once WOIOS has received the package and inspected the returned product, the refund will be applied back to the original payment method. This usually takes two or three business days to process.

REFUNDS

We understand if you change your mind about a purchase and we allow you to cancel the order anytime.

How do I request a refund?

To obtain a refund for a product purchased on our website, you will need to send us an email at info@woios.com (or using this Contact Us form).

When will the credit appear on my credit card?

If you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank after we receive the returned product or your order cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account (usually your refund credit will appear on your account within 2 weeks).


If you are returning products that were purchased using a WOIOS Store Gift Card, obviously the refund will be sent to you electronically as a WOIOS Store Gift Card.
